Summer Naked Makeup

I know in Thailand, Summer’s already over…. Is it? Even though officially our summer is March and April (meaning the hottest day of 40 something degree celcius day will be around these months), the world is getting ready for the Summer. I mean June, July and August.

It has been forever ideal for all women to be able to do a makeup that doesn’t look like she’s got any makeup on… and today I’m sharing one. I call it ‘summer’ because it’s more shiny and glossy, and I think Summer is the right time to glow!

Aki รู้ว่าในประเทศไทยหน้าร้อนมันผ่านไปแล้ว … จริงเหรอ? ถึงแม้ว่าหน้าร้อนอย่างเป็นทางการของบ้านเราคือเดือน มีนาคม และ เมษายน (หมายถึงวันที่ร้อนที่สุดที่อยู่ประมาณ 40 องศาเซลเซียจะอยู่ประมาณเดือน 2 เดือนนี้) แต่ซีกโลกอื่นเขากำลังจะเข้าสู่ฤดูร้อน Aki หมายถึงเดือน มิถุนายน กรกฎาคม และ สิงหาคม

มันเป็นอะไรที่ผู้หญิงทุกคนจะต้องการไปตลอดกาล คือการแต่งหน้าที่ดูไม่เหมือนแต่งหน้า (makeup no makeup) วันนี้ Aki ขอ share หนึ่งวิธีค่ะ Aki เรียกมันว่า ‘ซัมเมอร์’ เพราะมันมีความมันวาวและโกล์วเป็นประกาย Aki คิดว่าหน้าร้อนเป็นเวลาที่เหมาะสำหรับการส่องแสงแวววาว glitter glowy la la!

I think the most important step in having a glowy summer look is the skin prep. These are some product I use daily.

From the right Hada Labo, Lancome’s Genefique and Ettusais.

For the skin I use only one BB cream. Moist Labo (Essence Cream). Moist Labo have the matt BB too, so make sure you get the right one. I think the essence type give a more natural look. But less coverage of course.

สำหรับผิววันนี้ Akiใช้แค่ BB ครีมของ Moist Labo (แบบเอสเซ้นครีม) Moist Labo มี BBแบบ matt ด้วยนะ  แต่ Aki ว่าแบบเอสเซ้นครีมทำให้ผิวดูเป็นธรรมชาติกว่า แต่ปกปิดน้อยกว่าแน่นอน

So the coverage looks like this. If you need more coverage, use concealer.

Before I go on, here are the products I used today.

ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ใช้วันนี้

1. LB’s translucent powder after BB cream.

2. Maybelline’s mineral concealer (before translucent powder).

3. Majorica Majorca’s cheek tint or cream cheek.

4. Maybelline’s Color Sensational in Passion Red.

5. SEVENTEEN’s Stay Pout in Kiss Me Quick.

6. SEPHORA’s Crayon jumbo liner in beige.

7. SEPHORA’s Crayon liner in Tiramisu.

8. Essence’s brow pencil and Heavy Rotation’s Eyebrow color in ash brown.

I put cheek cream / tint (3) after the translucent powder (1), so I could get that glow effect. Then in the centre of the cheeks I blend in a tap of red lip color (4).

Same goes with eyes. I put the same cheek cream / tint (3) then tap a little red lip color (4) on. In the middle of my eyelids I highlighted with the crayon jumbo liner in beige (6) to shine. I also apply really lightly the brown crayon liner (7) and lightly winged out. Oh and don’t forget to highlight the eye bags too… for that innocent effect that’s been going around Asian makeup trend… lol

เช่นเดียวกับดวงตา Akiใส่ cheek cream / tint (3) แล้วแตะสีปากสีแดง (4) เล็กน้อย ตรงกลางของเปลือกตาไฮไลต์ด้วย crayon jumbo liner สีเบจ(6) เพื่อความวิ้ง แล้วก็ต่อด้วย brown crayon liner (7) ตวัดปีกออกเบา ๆ โอ้และอย่าลืมไฮไลต์ถุงใต้ตาด้วยนะ … จะได้ดูใส ๆ ตามเทรนด์การแต่งหน้าของเอเชีย … 5555

For lips, I first put on the pink lip color (5), then use the red one (4) only in the center of my lips. Both upper and lower lips.

สำหรับปาก ก่อนอื่นทาลิปชมพู (5) ก่อน จากนั้นใช้สีแดง (4) แต้มตรงกลางของริมฝีปากเท่านั้น ทั้งบนล่างเลยนะจ้ะ

If I had my brown mascara, I’d put on, but too bad I’m out of that… so no mascara for me today.

ถ้ามีมาสคาร่าสีน้ำตาลก็จะใช้หรอกนะ แต่หมด … วันนี้เลยไม่มีมาสคาร่าจ้าาาา
