Gym wear can be expensive. I know. Especially living in BKK where exercise is not a main activity, most of gym wears are imported, meaning it is friggin’ expensive. There are some local brands and cheap one’s but they’re not that comfy… So, I’m here today to post about some alternative option to adidas or nike for gym wear. Don’t get me wrong adidas, nike, puma etc… these well known brands are obviously made of good quality and known for their great comfort during performance. But let’s say you want to start working out, start going to the gym, and you just don’t know which brand is better than which, yet don’t want to splurge so much on gym wear.

เสื้อผ้าสำหรับออกกำลังกายมักจะมีราดาสูง โดยเฉพาะในเมืองไทย ภาษีนำเข้าแพง และการออกอำลังกายไม่ได้เป็นกิจกรรมหลักในไลฟ์สไตล์ ก็มีแบรนด์ไทยบ้างแต่ยังไม่เจอที่ใส่สบาย วันนี้เลยจะมารีวิวเสื้อผ้าสำหรับออกกำลังกายที่ไม่ใช่ adidas หรือ nike ในความเป็นจริงก็ต้องยอมเลยว่าแบรนด์เหล่านี้ adidas nike puma ฯลฯ ใส่สบายและเหมาะสำหรับออกกำลังกายจริง แต่ก็เข้าใจว่าบ้างคนเพิ่งจะเริ่ม จะให้ลงทุนกับเสื้อผ้าโดยไม่รู้ว่าแบรนด์ไหนดีหรือเหมาะกับตัวเองก็….. นะ

Forever 21’s Activewear. There’s a few brands I want to talk about, but today, let’s talk about Forever 21. Not only am I a frequent shopper for daily life clothing, I love their active wear as well. The color, the material, the comfort… I think they’re pretty good. Oh! and most importantly, the price. Very reasonable for the quality you get.

Forever 21 Active wear เป็นอีกทางเลือกหนึ่ง ความจริงแบรนด์เสื้อผ้าอื่น ๆ ที่เดี๋ยวนี้ทำเสื้อผ้าสำหรับออกกำลังกาย แต่วันนี้รีวีว Forever 21 ก่อนล่ะกัน Aki เป็นลูกด้าประจำของที่นี่เลยค่ะ ชอบทั้งเสื้อผ้าไลฟ์สไตล์และเสื้อผ้าสำหรับออกกำลังกายของเขาเลยคะ ไม่ว่าจะ สี เนือผ้า ความสบาย Aki ว่าใช้ได้เลยค่ะ โอ้! และที่สำคัญราคาเป็นมิตรด้วย

For the price of adidas, nike, and puma, which ranges from 1200 to 3000 THB, Forever 21’s active wear starts from 600 to 1500 THB ish. (I honestly did not went through all the prices, but roughly around these area). Which I think is a pretty good deal.

They do have sneakers too, but I don’t recommend wearing for gym. Wear for fashion… yes.

มีรองเท้าผ้าใบด้วย แต่ไม่แนะนำให้ใส่ออกกำลังกาย ใส่เก๋ ๆ ดีกว่า
